profiling and finishing operations. A centrally located screw
and vee-shaped insert bottom provide an accurate position
in the tool body. The new RGS insert offers 90° cutting possibilities.

inserts offer strength in mold applications particularly in
long reach situations where vibration can be a problem. High
feed rates are also possible with these cutters.

A negative axial rake reduces vibration. Two lengths are available
for each diameter for the shortest possible gauge length.

new 7710VR family of cutters offers a patented anti-rotation
system for maximum stability at high feed rates. The insert
locking feature allows you to use the maximum number of cutting
edges.
A patented anti-rotation system improves machining with unstable
conditions and maximizes the number of effective cutting edges.
